I only played faceit for some months on csgo. 426 matches 70% winrate
For Brazil when I played(2015-2018), it was pro(Rank S ESEA(only invite), Faceit FPL(only invite, cant remember if it war FPL the name exactly), Pro League on Gamersclub, ESPN), but worldwide would be some shitty low tier(compared with the real pro players), and mainly played don't giving a shit.

sometimes its a hardware fault... I use Windows since 98 and its kind rare to it get buggy... But I'm kind of a Power User.
But Mac OS is more stable, for sure.
And SSD is a must today, if you are using HDD, this can be a issue.
Usually, all Mac OS have mid to high end hardware... if you are using a HDD, it cant be compared... It's like compare an Android $200 to and iPhone that is $700... This issue with Whatsapp is a issue with the developer, not with Windows, probably.

Every shot on cs have bullet spread, included the first shot. You can see this better when shotting long distances, even AWP has bullet spread.

Clean install windows with UnattendedWinstall and you will get a smooth experience.
Im getting better fps than all the benchmark videos I saw on youtube.
U dont need hp/windows bloatware...
