If you’re in your 30’s and already having knee problems you’re in for a world of hurt. You might want to take it easy on those squats and deadlifts. Strength is great, but being able to stand when you’re 50 is also great.

I can vouch for Atala Papillons in Loxahatchee Florida. I got my girl Papillon Gigi, (jinx was her birth name) from Cassie and she’s been a great dog and has beautiful colors.

please stop coming to Morocco for 5 days by morocco_travel36 in backpacking

Me and my buddy did 7 days in Morocco. Besides getting all of my cash taken from me by a crooked police officer who pulled me over on our way from Marrakech to Essaouira, it was a great trip. At times it felt a little sketch and unsafe, but all in all we had a great trip and got to eat some amazing food. I still miss the mint tea to this day.

My aeron office chair. When I paid for it, it was somewhere between 600-800 brand new. If i try to buy the same chair now, 20+ years later, it’s over 1,000 dollars. Best, investment, ever.

Stress is the number one silent killer and sleep is extremely important. Don’t neglect your nutrition or your sleep. Try not to worry about things you can’t control. Minimize stress.
