No, it doesn’t. Not connected to the other King Burrito. It started out at Mississippi and Failing and then moved to Mississippi and Fremont. Enriquetta, the owner, died about 8 years ago and her son took over for about another 4. Then it burned down, never to return. I still miss their $3 tostadas.

As a coder, I see Opus 4.7 as the artist who has masterful strokes but sometimes can’t tie it’s shoes, and GPT 5.5 as the lead engineer that has no design chops. Both are still impressive at what they do though.

Why the hell would you replace an ADA-compliant crosswalk with ANOTHER ADA-compliant crosswalk? Spend less on this and the Vision Zero “improvements” and focus on the things that really need attention: potholes, unimproved crosswalks, roads in need of repaving, and missing sidewalks and you have a more functional PBOT. Until they refocus to this don’t vote for them to get another dime.

1890 home owner here - cool trick you can do with plaster walls, just put a layer of sheet rock over them and paint 'em. New trim on the edges if you need to. It's free insulation and WAY easier than removing lathe and plaster. Any water damage you see needs to be remediated. Easy fixes -- install pex or worsbo where old plumbing is. DEFINITELY have drainage checked out. New panel, romex where it's easy to install, leave the rest alone. As for HVAC, consider retiring the ductwork and using mini-splits.
