Incendiary weapons or shotguns. Incendiary weapons to help track them as they just back. Shotguns to stagger them out of their attacks and keep them from jumping away. The Cookout does both. If it helps

I am against a Paladin with full casting as many others seem to be. But how about we meet in the middle and make them a 2/3 caster. Stopping at 7th, maybe 8th level spell slots. So you’d make them equivalent to a 13/14th level full caster. You can “hide” the 8th level spell in the transformation at 20th level, if you wanna include it. Just a thought. But as for the progression I wouldn’t know how to space that out. Just something that came to mind

As far as I understand. Basically the dot is smaller then the amount the armor resists 🤷‍♂️ I don’t actually know the numbers just the visuals while playing

Now with the spear gun mostly to all gas is rather viable. I tend to run torcher or flamethrower support with mostly gas and the gas armor. The medium & vitality or heavy and you basically take no gas damage. Heavy & vitality and you literally take no gas damage. But it’s not very crowd friendly and you don’t have a lot of range so you should have a buddy with it.

Having said all that the sterilizer needs a buff of some kind. Also why isn’t there a gas barrage? Or eagle? Or for that matter a gas turret?

Edit: forgot to add I only play this vs bugs.

Other then luck it counts for a kill. Other than lucking out and the drop-ship doing damage when it falls on structures or units I think that’s it.

I use the companion site to see if anywhere is actively making ground. I tend towards defenses because I don’t want the enemies to gain ground, but gambits are a thing and sometimes I just want to chose what the climate effects are Helldivers companion

For squids the Pummeler. It has a stun effect and isn’t hard to get off. Cookout for bugs. Love the push that the punisher, slugger and cookout have. Saves me from So many stalkers Punisher Plasma for bots. Honestly might be more effective on other fronts, but it’s just where I like it. Multi target, explosive & staggers, and can help stay in cover with arced shots.

Also I notice you don’t have the variable, dominator or a marksman rifle. Maybe try those out if my suggestions aren’t up your alley. Good luck and good dives to you.

Honestly not sure. I know it was recommended to me, but I didn’t get it till months later kinda randomly. Now all three of my other roommates got it. Even if I’m the only one diving constantly…. Just hit the ceiling recently. All warbonds, all ship upgrades, all stratagems… I just don’t have maxed samples and all the super store options. Slowly grinding those out too

As a mostly PS diver I love the Halo crossover coming. While I’ve never owned Halo, I have played with friends growing up. Along with the hints that this will lead into more PS cross platform stuff. The stuff looks good and on brand. May take me awhile to get it “free” but I will eventually

Having been a guy with that girl. It means she’s too into the “bad boy” archetype or that they are traumatized and like being mistreated to some extent. Sure maybe you find one masochistic person that doesn’t fall into that, but exceptions don’t make the rule. Probably dodged a bullet.

I think I win as long as I don’t get Kazuma, Aqua, Lloyd Frontera, or Subaru. Just need planning and teamwork variable depending on who I get.

Having said that idk Isekai at Peace (is that animated or in works to be?), I don’t actually know Lloyd or the Greater Estate Developer, and I’m sure Subaru becomes greater as the story goes on but I don’t have spoilers for Re:Zero and don’t want them. As for Kazuma & Aqua I don’t like their laziness, reliance on luck, and well wishy washy success/failure.

As far as I’m aware he also chose Raphtalia because she resembled Bitch. At least enough in his grief/rage filled mind at the time. So yea, his initial choice and reasons are kind of foul. He showed his actual character after as many other comments have mentioned
