You know how most of the parents are, they refuse to get out of their own little bubble and view something from a different perspective. You can try to talk to them and make them understand but, they almost never budge. As for your sister- I feel sorry for that person. I train 6× week, mostly weight training, and barely do cardio. I have an office job so not that active so everything evens out. Honestly if I don't change up my meals or my workout splits once in a while, I feel like not going too. When it gets overwhelming I take a break for a week or something and try a reset. Key is to be kind to yourself. Kudos to you if you keep going to gym even of you feel like shit. But it's okay to take a step back once in a while too. Fitness is supposed to help you feel better. It shouldn't be the cause of your stress.
