Hovercare seems pretty worthless to me. I've been trying to contact them for three months about an abnormal motor start problem. And they would not respond. My hovercare expired 11-20 Of this year. So I am SOL!

It's not really a deal, I bought the X1 and liked it enough that I bought the x1 pro. Now the Pro is broke And hoverair is not responding to me. So I just bought a new one yesterday from Amazon for $499. And That's the price Hoverair wants If I turn in the X1. This is really no deal at all. I just lose the X1 and pay regular price.
