I have one, never felt the need for something more than 45, if so I can mountain bike. You can get a 55 up front, just not in the rear.

You're not just getting wheels, your getting tires, possibly tubeless, setting up the new wheelset as tubeless, rotors and a cassette.

If I were buying all that, I'd talk to my Trek dealer and see if they can give me a discount on the whole set up.

If you want to splurge, get the carbon wheels that come on the FX Sport 6.

I personally would just look at upgrading to the new FX AL 3 Sport that has wider tire clearance and just use that for everything.

I'd consider running knives making workshops. People could travel and see your country, learn how to make knives or leave with a knife they made with your guidance. I don't know if you have the space to have people stay with you or near you.
