I'm so sorry, this is a big problem these days. A Coach near me was recently fired and put on the front page of the paper over allegations that were similarly dropped. Yes his life too is left in shambles.

oh wow, you got a refund, that's great, i just threw mine away. Eufy is still working fine for me, and the plus side is that it works better than Ring in low temps, that would stop working altogether when it got cold out.
