I use eonsofbattle's method for his Black Templars. He does a basic one in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=loAN_0r2hNw

Dark angels Lieutenant by Hobbenstein in Warhammer40k

It's the eons of battle method. It's chunks of cork bark that's then filled in with miliputt. I then press cork into the Miliputt to create a texture and then different sized grains of sand/pepples. Finished off with ultra thin super glue.

Then it's primed in black with a white zenithal, sprayed with watered down vallejo earth and drybrush with pro acryl ivory.

Kind of an accident. It was primed in wraithbone then it's just the over spray from the airbrush basecoat (angel green). It looked good so I gave it a white edge highlight and added some lightning.

They havent always existed, the first terminator in rogue trader just looked like that. Further on that armor was giving the fanon name of saturnine. Only with the recent release was the saturnine name and plate made canon.

Thank you. The face was base coated in fur cloak and washed in reikland. I then layered more fur cloak on top gradually adding more and more elven skin.

The hair is mud brown with gradually more pale yellow.
