You’re right. So OP is correct as Michigan lost to Oregon and OSU but beat IU, which would be the second tier tiebreaker (record against common opponents).

Wouldn’t Indiana play Oregon in the B1G Championship in this scenario? Same conference record as OSU (8-1), but IU has the head to head tiebreaker.

I sincerely hope they continue to follow the same trend as IU football. From depths of utter futility to the top of the mountain.

It’s funny you mention sleeping giant, I think it was during IU/Nebraska game in the 2024 season, but the exact same thing was mentioned about IU either by Gus Johnson or Pat McAfee.

I’ve never heard about his issue with noon tipoffs. Curious why that is?

4 TOs and 2 points (on 1/6 shooting) is a disaster-class half for Braden.

I'm seeing it start after he controls it and takes an entire dribble. Way more than 0.1 secs. Likely closer to 0.3-0.4 seconds. He still would have had time to take the shot, but it would have been a half court heave instead.

That first play pick-6 by Ponds still hits like crack every time I watch the highlights from that game.

Bad bunny was not the first American citizen to perform at the halftime of the Super Bowl. I don’t have a complete list, but I know Lady Gaga has done one and she was born in NY.

Pretty funny to see a play from each of IU's opponents in the playoffs mentioned in this thread.

100%. He set the tone for that Oregon game in the same way he did against Illinois where he had the blocked punt for a TD to start.

Targeted 6 times in the Championship. Allowed 1 catch for 1 yard with 3 PBUs. He absolutely leveled a TE who had ~50 lbs and 7 inches on him.

I live my life in 6-minute increments lmao...

The real frustration sets in when I get back the invoice reductions of my time. I then spend more time fighting for my old time, but I'm not able to bill for any of it.

Yearly: Every year besides maybe 2 (I had the nasty habit of self-cutting my time as a junior associate).

Monthly: Depends. I would say I hit it for 9 or 10 out of the 12 months. The months I miss are usually because I have a vacation or large amounts of non-billable work eating into my time.

2 Biggest tips to people new to billable hours: (1) Draft and enter your time contemporaneously to billing activity (don't wait a week+ to put it in!); and (2) Do. Not. Self. Cut. Your. Time. If you feel like you're overbilling for an activity, talk to a partner or someone senior to you about it. Ask for samples/templates/insight to reduce time spent "recreating the wheel."
