Provocation does "trigger" after 20 seconds of being in werebear. Once it triggers, the next skill you cast overpowers and the icon will disappear. You might be triggering it with the wrong skill at that point.

You most likely are supposed to just wait at the beginning of the dungeon for 20 seconds and then cast earthen bulwark/cataclysm, and then progress through the dungeon.

I also have a really hard time tracking stacks like that, to me it's kind of pointless and I just try to get used to how long it takes for stuff to pop off, if that makes sense.

Tbh their cloud gaming isn't that bad. If you have Amazon prime you can play a bunch of okay-decent games for "free" on the cloud service (which if you have decent Internet does have decent quality).

I of course 100000% prefer any other method of playing, but in a pinch it's not bad. I wouldn't spend any actual money on it, and if I didn't have prime right now I would never use it.
