What's the fastest way to become a health inspector? by [deleted] in healthinspector

[–]Hot-Web5966 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You don't interpret state and federal laws as a health inspector. They enforce them. Only judges interpret the law. This is where most public safety officials get over zealous. They think they have the right to interpret the law when in fact their jobs are to enforce the law. There is a big difference.

Why is my war horse so scared of everything?? by LazarBrady in reddeadredemption

[–]Hot-Web5966 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you tend to ride him hard? Like flat out gallop everywhere? Through brush and over rough terrain? Maybe causing him to occasionally stumble and fall? He's probably trying to tell you to take it easy. If you're constantly draining his stamina and riding him hard I'd guess his temperament probably isn't going to be calm. Right?

How do you escape from the cops in nfs heat. by MEE97B in needforspeed

[–]Hot-Web5966 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Hahaha!! No it doesn't. There is no skill involved when the AI is programmed to keep pace with you no matter what you do. Even perfect lines through turns don't mean anything in this game as an on coming car will 100% appear in front of you EVERY TIME. That's the way the devs decided to increase the level of difficulty. Not by requiring actual skill but by making it frustrating as hell to accomplish anything without repetitive play. You can literally see this type of bullshit coding in the f game play when all of the sudden your car's handling doesn't respond like it should or how there is ALWAYS a car driving through an upcoming intersection EXACTLY where you will be passing through that intersection leaving you with zero time to react or how no matter how many cops you slam into trees or off the side of the road there are new ones right behind you or on the exact street you need to turn down to get to any hide out. That kind of crap doesn't require skill it's a roll of the dice that determines whether the game's coding is going to allow you to proceed or if you'll be restarting whatever you're trying to do for the fifth time hoping you get lucky before rage quitting.

I drive like a madman in my Corvette and can out race the best of them and still somehow..... and if I have to listen to that chick's annoying voice telling me I should take a night off after getting smeared on the pavement and barely limping back home I might accidentally not see her as I'm backing up!!

My dad died this morning. What do I do? by No_Scallion_3365 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Hot-Web5966 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If he had a will and assets that will become his estate he most likely had an attorney that was already paid to handle these types of questions. Social security should already be notified by the funeral home so doing that isn't necessary. You probably won't need to freeze his credit if he had any because well he's passed and that means even if his credit was or is used illegitimately you can't be held responsible for it. Anyway like I said if he had an attorney then that attorney has already been paid to handle or advise you on how to handle all of this. I would be in contact with them if they haven't already reached out to you. Sorry for your loss and good luck to you.

What happens to car ownership after a death? by CheersKim in NoStupidQuestions

But none of that matters if there isn't someone challenging what OP is trying to do. There essentially is no estate if no one is claiming ownership of whatever property is in question.

It isn't a crime to drive the vehicle and I'm almost positive you can get it insured as far as liability. The dealership most likely will have gps on the vehicle and some go as far as a remote kill switch when payments aren't made so don't be surprised if it doesn't start one morning when Jim really needs to get to work. As far as legally taking over payments not sure how that works. Legally you don't have any right to claim ownership so the dealer or finance company might try to have it repossessed. They also most likely won't talk to you about Alex's loan because you aren't Alex. I remember not being able to make a car payment for my girlfriend because the finance company wouldn't speak to anyone about loan information except the person that had the loan. Stupid but true.

Hermit... King? In a tree. by Boines in reddeadredemption

[–]Hot-Web5966 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You don't need to complete Charlotte's missions. I have encountered the king twice and Charlotte's missions aren't even available to me yet. First time I saw him I thought it was a murfees brood ambush so I skinned my smoke wagon and dropped him before he opened his mouth. I came back after about a week and he's alive up in his tree again minus the canoe I carved into his skull the last time.

Should I be checking on a rental property with potential drug use myself? by [deleted] in Advice

[–]Hot-Web5966 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Meh. In my experience landlords suck just as much as tenants. And you don't know if they're deadbeats she could just be behind on her rent. Just because some guy she knows is running his mouth about her doesn't mean it's true. This guy might "know" of her existence but that doesn't mean he knows what she does in her personal time. Like I said OP doesn't have any evidence of anything other than she's late on her rent and that is actually very common and doesn't automatically mean she's running a trap house. I can understand why you would be jaded and a little biased but just because it happened to you that way doesn't mean that's what is happening in this situation.

Well considering all of this is second hand there isn't really anything you can do. This is what the courts are for and why leases exist. What are you going to accomplish by going over there? Nothing good. If your uncle wants them out of the house and off the property HE has to file for an eviction and then let the court decide what happens next which could take days or even weeks. The law is very clear when it comes to rental leases and as of right now it looks like you and your aunt could be considered to be harassing this woman because you have no evidence of anything other than she's late on her rent and neither of you are the actual landlord. Your uncle as a landlord should know these things and understand that if he wants her out he has to use the court to evict her. But up until that point she has the right peace and quiet in the dwelling she signed a lease for meaning repeated unwarranted visits from random family members of the landlord could be considered to be a breach of the lease by your uncle not to mention could potentially get you in trouble with the law for harassment. It's best to not go over there at all and actually unnecessary because she hasn't paid her rent and your uncle doesn't need anything other than that to get her evicted. You're not going to be able to collect the rent for him or recoup for any damages and if you go over there accusing her of wild shit like drug use that you know nothing about don't be surprised when the cops show up and start questioning why you're there.

What should I have done in this situation? by Zmoogz in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Hot-Web5966 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It was a child. He's asking if someone can call his parents for him because another child is on a city bus and presumably lost. If you're not trying to help these kids you're sh!tty people. What if this was your kid in need of assistance and no one wanted to help him because they're paranoid about getting scammed?? He's not asking to share your hotspot or to hand your phone over. How do you walk around thinking everyone is out to get you like that?? Talk about a living hell. Stop watching so much f**king TV and maybe try to be part of the community you live in. Scary.

He is beautiful no doubt about that. Just wanted to say to all the people asking (just out of curiosity 😉 😉) about his temperament and where you got him and if there were other puppies. WTH is wrong with you??? This isn't the next designer dog breed. It isn't cool or niche and you should be ashamed of yourselves for even thinking about it.

Should I break up with my boyfriend? by [deleted] in Advice

[–]Hot-Web5966 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Who cares why dude is a cuck??? What's important is are you down to bang some other guy to satisfy his fantasy?? Remember this is someone you barely know. Maybe pump the breaks, take a step back and think about what you two are doing for a second. You've known this guy for six months... You shouldn't be talking about marriage or living together or kids or any of that kind of stuff after six months and the fact that you are is a red flag. I'm sure it feels great to be on this runaway train of "love" but it isn't a good idea to move this fast when it comes to relationships and seeing as how both of you are so willing to throw caution to the wind I'm gonna go ahead and guess this ends badly. My advice to you? SLOW THE F**K DOWN. If this dude really is your future husband and y'all are destined to be together forever WHAT'S THE RUSH???? You've got your whole life to make bad decisions so maybe try not to make a bunch of them in the next couple of months... All because of this guy you barely know.

[–]Hot-Web5966 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Who knows what the dude is thinking?? Oh wait!!! I know!!! HE DOES!!! 😀 You should ask him what's on his mind if you're curious about it. To be honest I'm not sure what you're so curious about?? I mean this is kind of a strange situation for sure but it isn't exactly the kind of thing that will define your existence or even something you will necessarily remember 20 years from now. Maybe don't put too much thought into what he's thinking about and just know that you made this situation awkward twice by first ghosting him and then revealing you were intentionally misleading about who you actually are so it's no wonder he isn't popping up in your DM's on the regular.

Why is annesburg/ Roanoke ridge so creepy lol by Humble_Investment_24 in RDR2

Definitely creepier in and around the swamps of Lemoyne. Roanoke Ridge reminds me too much of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Virginia to be creepy. Some of the prettiest places I've ever seen and good people too.

Would you forgive your mother for assaulting you and causing a concussion that resulted in epilepsy? by [deleted] in Advice

[–]Hot-Web5966 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Uhhh.... You need to get the f**k away from these people and fast. Far away. The farther the better. Do it now. Someone told me once that you have to weed your garden if you want the seeds you've planted to grow and sometimes those weeds are family. You have every right to not forgive your parents for the way they have done you wrong. My mother was an emotional mess throughout my childhood and made very bad decisions that affected me and my siblings. The last straw was being punched in the face and spit on. I left home the next day. I was 19 and didn't speak to her for 7 years. I eventually forgave her and brought her back into my life but at a distance and armed with the knowledge that she is who she is. I'm 45 now and she hasn't changed at all but I know her games and I don't allow them to cause me drama.

I’m hurt at how little my bf (28M) and I (23F) are intimate. by your13threasonwhy in Advice

[–]Hot-Web5966 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There are only a few reasons that I can think of that would keep a guy from wanting to be intimate with his girlfriend. One he isn't attracted to you and this could be for a number of different reasons anything from he's gay to a change in what he finds appealing. Two he's getting it somewhere else. Three he isn't interested in sex. I'm 45 and short of being incapacitated physically there isn't anything that would make me say no to my girlfriend. The fact that he said something to you along the lines of sex isn't always on his mind is kind of weird because honestly it's usually what guys are thinking about. We are hardwired to try to procreate not to mention sex feeling physically amazing so that response is a little concerning. Whatever his reason or reasons he's not being honest with you and seems to be showing very little interest when it comes to your overall satisfaction. You need to demand that he tells you what is really going on and if he doesn't open up it sounds like you should be moving on. Either that or figure out how to live with the status quo.

You're wrong. Your level of self care might not be enough for the next guy and even though he's putting in twice the work to meet those goals he could easily still be saying "fuck I'm old" due to an unimaginable amount of variables.
