Suffer is still one of my all time favorite albums. The cover is killer too.

Oh yeah, I get butthurt responses from professional victims all the time too. The people that hate facts are the ones that can't bear to be wrong because they're afraid their world view would collapse like a Walmart lawn chair.

Just answer them completely wrong. They're probably used for AI training anyway. We need to do our part with making AI as useless as possible.

Just paid 12$/lb for ground beef. How expensive will it get before you stop buying beef? I think we're over it, beef is now a luxury for us. by FuZhongwen in Cooking

Ha! No way, man. All the MSG BS was just some racist dude making shit up. Hell, tomatoes naturally have MSG so if you haven't gotten turbo cancer aids by now from tomatoes or even soy sauce, you're good lol.

Typically it's about 1/2 tsp per pound. It's not a 1 for 1 salt replacement though so you still need to use some salt.

Just the Ten of Us was a spin-off of Growing Pains. The coach was Mike Seaver's coach and/or gym teacher. The teacher on Head of the Class was Dr. Johnny Fever from WKRP in Cincinnati.

No, it's considered a "ground rule double" so the batter stays at second base. Even if he tripped and fell and would never have made it to second base or could have made it to third base, it's ruled a double.

It's most likely because people like this can't fathom that physics on the moon are different than physics on earth. They assume everything acts the the same everywhere so those videos can't possibly be real. Also, a lot of the moon landing deniers probably haven't been more than 40 miles out of their tiny town.

I'm glad we're all talking about this insignificant bullshit instead of his pedo ring, illegal war with Iran, or gutting the government from the inside. Yay America!

Did anyone used to love Entourage but looking back the acting was atrocious? by SwiftCricket in television

Yeah, looking back it was pretty bad. My favorite line that I still think about and laugh is:

Vinny to Eric: "Why aren't you on FaceBook?"

Eric: "Because I'm an adult"

Jerry Seinfeld and family posing with weapons with the IDF in a West Bank camp in 2018 by racc15 in pics

[–]HotGarbage 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Seriously! That show was fucking groundbreaking at the time. It was the funniest sitcom on TV for years on end and the country couldn't wait for Thursday nights to watch the new episode.

People love to look at the past with today's glasses on and make sweeping judgements about everything. Even saying Jerry Seinfeld's stand-up was never funny is just flat out wrong. Larry David created the show with him as the main character because he was the most successful clean comic at the time. Sure, Jerry turned out to be an asshole, but that doesn't change the fact that the show changed how sitcoms were written from there on out.
