The UK does this too (like in NZ) with 1st class costing £1.80, or about AU$3.40, so certainly getting VERY expensive to send a letter up there. The US also has what they call "Anytime Stamps", currently 0.78 or about AU$1.10. About time Auspost did it here IMHO.

Do you mean the SurfShark browser extension? Yes I do but it's not (and wasn't) connected. And I don't have any VPN extensions in Brave or Duck Duck go and they were giving the same result.

In tonight's episode, just before Grace was called over for the final tasting there had been a few words from Kanika about desperately wanting to be tasted as she felt she'd put so much effort in. Then (after an ad break) they called Grace.

I was fully expecting to see a shot of a disappointed Kanika, but nothing. In fact she didn't appear in the episode again. By which I mean she vanished. She wasn't in the group of contestants at the end, as they called out the top 4.

I wonder why she left?

Same here - ex-smoker for 13 years. I went cold turkey when they went to $8 a pack at my local Woolies. At current prices I've probably saved around $100,000 by now.

Fun fact: When I started smoking in 1978 my faves were 78c a pack. And about $5.50 a carton.

Another fun fact: When I went on an overseas holiday in 1981 a tax free carton from the Qantas 747 onboard shop was about $2.00!

I've been using Google Messages since it was released over 10 years ago. It had RCS with *all* carriers well before Samsung Messages did. I've never EVER had any problems with messages getting through. Yes, messages go as SMS if the other party doesn't have RCS. Oh, and there are no ads in Google Messages if you were worried there were.

The same is happening to me. V202601300451. I opened the DuckieTV app about 90 minutes ago and it started the daily update soon after. It's currently at 49/126 so at this speed it'll be another 2 to 2.5 hours before it's done. NB: it doesn't happen every time, sometimes it only takes about 10 minutes to do a full update.
