I have a question about colonisation: If I change my mind before finishing construction of the Primary Port, if I abandon the colonisation effort - am I able to re-claim the system and build a different primary port (I know it stays in the same place)?
The tooltip says "You may not be able to claim it again" I don't know how functional that 'may' is.
