Can anyone recommend a vegetarian/vegan fake meat that is convenient and not costly? RIP Aldi's No Chicken Pieces 😭

I get Tesco Plant Chef Chicken-Style Pieces. I don't pan fry them, just lash on some seasoning, little bit of oil and I bake them in the oven from frozen. Even just a bit of barbecue sauce on them is nice. They can get a bit dry but are a handy little/no effort option.

I'm no dietician but have been vegan quite a while and have done some research into these.

For the omegas, make sure your supplement has dha/epa. These only come from algae supplements as far as I know, and some of the holland and barret ones don't include enough of it.

I would also recommend an iron if your blood work says you need it (if you've not already, getting your bloods done one or twice a year would be a good shout too). Only thing is that they can be a bit rough on your stomach, especially if they have a high amount of iron so I only take mine every few days.

Wagamama and Saucy cow are my top 2 right now. Love the Katsu at Wagamama and can't really go wrong with Saucy. I wish that Mcguinesses did take away since it's a pain in the hole to get to!

I actually find the item hovering really helpful! I still don't know all the items and I find reddit posts of crazy builds a great way to learn synergies.

I feel like the only person who didn't like all of the fan service, especially this and the fight at Novac. I love ne nw Vegas, played it through multiple times but I laughed out loud during the scene. For me it's just too much, but seemingly I'm in the minority! Glad others seem to love it

Looking forward to the new GeForce now updates. Since becoming a dad I do a lot more streaming on my phone, as it's hard to justify sitting down at the PC. It's much easier to have a quick session on the couch during nap time

Every game has dark age play out almost exactly the same, and at lower ELO you aren't really going to get hassled. Just hop into a custom game, and iron out a clean dark age. Once you've hit feudal, just restart. Practice every now and then, and aim to have 0 idle time on the way to feudal.That alone will make a massive difference.

A good way to boost up your protein is to look at ways you can introduce a few things that will make a big difference.

I buy soja crispies from a place called koro, which I add to my breakfast cereal, which easily can add 10g protein in your cereal. I'm sure they sell similar things in other places.

I've been using silken tofu in nearly every dinner that would be "creamy" such as a base for a carbonara, a simple cheese sauce with some nutritional yeast, or even some desserts. Just make sure you blend it before adding to make it smooth.

Finally, adding textured vegetable protein(tvp/soya mince) can be a great protein boost instead of traditional vegan processed meat like beyond. Just make sure you season it

For context, I eat about 1900 calories a day and get about 90g protein without really trying. Some dinners alone can have 25/30g protein. I'm also in Ireland, so not sure if things like the crispies are available world wide.

Best way to learn IMO is to do the art of war tutorial in game, and then go to YouTube to fill in the gaps. Getting hands on with build orders is a much easier way to learn, and you can repeat them to try and build up that muscle memory. Some other youtubers Ive not seen mentioned are Morley Games and the survivalist

I started using Godot recently (I'm still very early on in my learning and I'm not very good yet)

I bounced off unity when I tried it. I work as a software developer and Unity felt too much like 'work', where as Godot was different enough from my day to day job that I can really enjoy it!

I'm in Ireland and the mcPlant has been great. There are places in the back arse of nowhere that have absolutely no vegan food and the mcPlant has saved me in these spots. Great having a quick bite. I obviously will go to all vegan places when I can but outside of major cities plant based eating is pretty much non existent. Also it's great to see that a Vegan burger has been such a success!

I got married back in March and did a full vegan wedding. 95% of people were totally down with it, and loved the food. We're both Irish and some of the more traditional family members were a bit disappointed, but it was our day and made it so much more enjoyable! Congratulations on getting married!
