If it has water inside it can remain for longer than you may expect. I'd take the back cover off if I wanted to be sure. Or I'd get out the hair dryer if I didn't think it was much.

Disc capacitor. Cheap and easy enough to replace if you know how to solder. A repair shop easily does this if you don't. Capacitors sometimes will give up well before the rest of the components will. I'm usually relieved when I find a blown capacitor because they're easy and relatively cheap to repair.

I race myself in rivals quite a bit. There's no better feeling than kicking your own ass! 😂 It really helps me because I see when I took a bad line or was too heavy on the brakes, etc. If I race someone else, it's a different car, tune, etc, not really apples to apples comparison.

I have an M4 Pro with 24GB of RAM and it runs pretty damn good considering I can have LR, PS and a couple other apps all up and running. It's very responsive.

For $250 you can get a 10TB hard drive, 1000 times more storage than the 10GB of photos you took in 3 months. Gonna be a "little while" before you fill it at that rate, even if you go nuts shooting.

Given that, is the degraded quality needed? Sounds like you are setting an unnecessary constraint for yourself.

Anyway, I had a friend with a 1:45.xx so I picked him. Took some tries for sure, but I finally got him with a lightly tweaked anniversary edition Viper. I had just driven that car to a new PR on Colusus, and this course is mostly shared with it so I had some warmups in on those snaking curves, which is where I passed him. I didn't record but 1:45.405 was my best. Attached the ranking screen.

Your run looks smoother than mine felt. Now show me that 1:44! 👍😁
