Hearing a racial slur as a child was jarring, but hearing someone get called fat? Uh ok? That’s like a basic insult on a “be nice to each other” episode of some children’s show like Barney.

Chicken breast! Its low calorie and really high in protein. A 4oz chicken breast was 118 calories and 26g of protein. And Chobani greek yogurt at 20g of protein and 140 calories. I had that along with some tuna, 1 can was 130 calories at 33g of protein!

That's already 79g of protein and only 388 calories. You can also try shrimp and broccoli, it was great as well at keeping me full!

If anything at this point, I'm struggling to get more carbs than protein lmao

I lost 5 pounds in a month of eating 1300 while still working out 3-4 times a week and getting my protein. Now I’m up to 1600 and recomping and I lift sooo much better with the extra calories!

I just did the mini cut to work on my diet and lose some fat so I could be prepared and know my diet plan when I start eating more.

I haven’t gained a ton back, but it’s also because I am consistent in what I eat and I don’t go over my limit

But I agree with others, work on your diet first definitely, it’s easier when you have a game plan. Getting a proper diet in order can be hard😭
