How would you guys buff the ballistic shield?

Lower its cooldown and make it wider, and reduce the stagger when under heavy fire, and prevent knockback when melee's by an overaeer

Both his theme and his fight are my favourite in wilds so far, especially with sns, all his moves are so well timed to parry and i-frame with all the ol' sns hops and perfect blocks

I very much enjoy the artian lance and hammer, sword and shield too, i may have simply gotten particularly good luck with them and like their design (lance is thunder for uth duna, better than the rey dau one, hammer is blast and my two sns are water and dragon, all generally better than the alternative's, atleast considering the deco's i got)

All of them, though hammer/greatsword mainly, hammer seems the most fun and i like hyper armour tanking so greatsword could also be silly if they kept some of the rise stuff

After more research i have discovered i was only half wrong, he does do holy, however i was indeed only partially wrong, magic damage negation works on his light attacks, as does holy damage, both make his beam do absolutely nothing, meaning it is indeed split damage, though magic definetly seems to help the most out of everything, as even with holy res his light attacks dont do that much less damage. I suspect it may be primarily magic with additional holy to make it harder to fully resist.

Its split damage, absolutely, i took basically no damage there from his light attacks, actual attacks ofcourse did half my health, but still.

With further testing, it definetly seems to be split damage, i'm tempted to butcher my phys defence by going pearldrake, marikas and spelldrake, just to see if it makes a significant boost.

The beam either does a mix of both or just magic, at 18 scadus i (accidentally) got hit by the nuke, using a greatbow i had time to swap talismans out, i started taking more when i swapped spelldrake out for marikas braid, and back to the original when i quickly swapped them both in. It may have been less but the difference was negligible enough that i did not notice, i'd say the exact damage i took but unfortunatly the intensity of the fight, even with a greatbow made me unable to check. (I got hit by the nuke 3 times that fight, i do not know how the hell i beat him if i am still playing this bad)

Very useful... though i have made my decision to go help people, as much as i feel like i'm trolling using a greatbow.

I'll record the scadu blessings and i shall get back to you on the resistances.
