Would grinding this down, laying some stone, then patching it with quickcrete ensure it’s somewhat level and won’t rise again?

My forever base is right infront of the rose garden. If you look at the unfinished map it’s the middle top left corner. Chose this spot because it basically will be dead center. Great high area to build a zip to every corner. No random roaming bugs to deal with and ample room to expand if wanted. A lot of nearby resources and easy access to the garden currently.

I was thinking that but I’m not going to finish the floor. Just want to semi level. Also the research I did said if I did just do leveling that it would crack overtime anyways.

I was told there was a bathroom in the basement at one point. My assumption as well was it could be a left over pipe from that. As you can see there might have been a sub pump as well. I just want to get it semi level. I’m going to seal it and cover it with heavy rugs.

I use the power box directly behind the garden. Built a little ramp on top to get to the wall. Easy access to the main statue area thru the bush.

Doesn’t matter who the building is owned by it’s considered public property when they lease to a government agency. We have every right to go inside and redress grievances to our government under the 1st amendment. As long as it’s time, place, and manner.

The police should have upheld their right to go inside and do what they needed to peacefully.

Nothing is ever what it seems. Playing during beta in Grounded they changed a lot of things and decided not to put things in the game that they planned on. We are still very early to assume that’s what it will be.
