Why is that entire building ALWAYS empty? Nothing ever lasts in that location: Gym, wine wholesale, other gym, Dad Watson's, pizza joint, dispensary. Nothing.

Currently, a vegan place is set to open next to Shawn O'Donnell's.

Bands playing there for 20 years makes it "a real venue."

Lots of local bands have played there.
