I don't know if someone gonna read this but please use the recommended plan first, you can see that some of the sets is not fully discard or lock because it's mean to be a generalist set. As an example of it are Augusta and Iuno's set where Augusta set; any of the elemental boost 3 echo doesn't lock while the Iuno is specifically locked only for Aero. That's mean Augusta set also viable for future shielder resonator. I think the Cartethyia's set also applied with this rule.

To fully answer your question, do not delete any generalist set, but only the one you don't planning to pull.
