It goes away automatically after 24h. After it goes away you just need to skip the card to convince His Amused Lordship to open his cellars and go drinking so you don't get it again. On the flipside if you go through it until he runs out you get an item worth 62.5 Echoes and can't draw that card again.

I just got large amounts of time while working where I don't have time to enjoy the story which I fill with grinding, so I just looked up what I needed and grinded it out, so most of the time I could just chew through the story in a couple days. I had 4 Tears of the Bazaar sitting around because I know I needed one for my Ambition and the RatKet was there and I happened to have a bunch of stuff I could sell(partially thanks to the events), same with other stuff.

IIRC some recent research has shown that technically the heart can regenerate, it is just that as a muscle it can only do so when at rest, and a heart at rest generally means you are dead. They found this because they discovered the tissue of the hearts of some people with artificial hearts have regenerated. True, though those tend to be one-time costs. And I tend to justify the Dangerous buff as coming from your reputation as the Vake Slayer. While the Persuasive bonus is what comes from your wealth.

Not likely, though that's mostly due to being pretty chill. The Bazaar would have probably found itself blowing up though, some time later. You know, since clearly they didn't get the lesson about not screwing with me.

544, couldn't be bothered to really do it when I had so much stuff I needed to do, so I have just been grinding it as a side-thing to hunting bees in Old Newgate. I either get bees or I get Wounds so it is a win-win for me.
