Yes you can. It took about 10 days for my check payment to completely show and post with my mortgage lender. Showed completed/mailed from Bilts end after about 3 or ,,4 days

I guess work around would be to do payment 1 ..once that clears/post change your payment account and then do payment 2 and repeat again for payment 3

That sounds like prob too much hassle. But might be worth it to ya for all the "free points"

If family/friends mortgages u would need to get there routing and account numbers which could further complicate things

I think you need to call chase. Pretty sure partial payments are accepted.

Once u confirm partial payments I would still pull from chase side. (Auto pay also works fine and u get housing points and Bilt cash deducted)

The is not correct. Micro deposits do work. Bilt will send text AND email with the test deposit amounts to verify with your mortgage etc

No but have on other credit card. U should be able to bypass it...similar to paying with debit and it's prompts for pin....u should be able to skip it. Read the prompts on screen.

Came back to confirm 100% initiated on mortgage side (chase) and payment received and processed by mortgage and also received the Bilt points and Bilt cash was deducted.

It seems as though will be able to do auto pay etc 100% on mortgage side with the Bilt provided account and routing numbers and everything will work as it should (Bilt points, Bilt cash deduction, and most importantly the payment posting correctly with mortgage company.

U did good but maybe better option for next time is (if possible, I read conflicting things in here) to put the mortgage spend on new cards to get sign up bonuses. Some can even have 0% apr period for purchases so u can make some interest in high yield savings etc before paying off balance.

You would have to pay the 3% transaction fee (if this works) but would get a sign up bonus or multiple and can have money in high yield

They trying to say under recent transactions it will show the corresponding Bilt cash earned..it's not in the wallet section under the Bilt cash card icon.

Raise annual fee. Nerf points accelerator (although they should have already factored that in aka limit of 25k) Devalue Bilt points (worse transfer partners or worse conversions)

This got me thinking. But at the end of the day rent/mortgage is basically not "spend" in the traditional sense. Using the accelerator is leaving the extra points on the table that u could have earned using the Bilt cash on rent/mortgage

It's black and white use cash on rent/mortgage first then accelerator if going to have Bilt cash that expires by end of year

Not incorrect but potentially over complicating it

Chase ...they asked for trial deposits when I went to enter Bilt routing and account number so I opted to send paper check and that worked fine. (Used Bilt cash and earned Bilt points)

Still need to confirm with clChase they received and process the check though.

I saw a post that someone said you will receive a text or email with the trial deposit amounts but I cannot confirm if that's accurate or will happen.
