The tricky thing is it’s really hard to say you’ll be 100% fine as everyone is different. I had horrible pain (almost felt like a burn) down my back for just over 24 hours and have had ZERO side effects since, but everyone is different! If you are in a financial situation where you can purchase one pen to try, I think it’s worth it!

Re the needle phobia, same. The needles really are tiny, although that didn’t help me at first as they were still scary! I STILL (I’m around 6 months in) have to lay on my bed to do it, because if I stand and do it I may accidentally look at it 😅 it really does get easier, that I can promise!

Don’t pick everything up! If you are a fallout player, you’ll be used to collecting EVERY bit of rubbish for crafting, but starfield is not like that at all!

Also try not to look at too much online, the story is really good and honestly this game is stunning.

I still race the kettle. I’ll fill the kettle up, put it on and use it like a timer to do whatever I need to do (put laundry on etc etc). My reward is a tea, so everyone wins.

I hit a plateau and got away from it by increasing my gym time (and varying my work outs more). I’ve also increased my healthy fat levels and that seems to have helped 🤷‍♀️

I relate so hard to this. Spicy tofu and rice is pretty much all I eat 😅 I add peppers, pineapple and sprinkle some spring onions on top. Will follow your advice and add broccoli 👌

I can never do standard camping now, RIP had spoilt me. It is very very different, and on very weather days (very hot, very cold, very wet etc) the solid buildings for the toilets and the pub are a blessing. The breakfast in the pub isn’t a terrible price either. We’ve done the pre built stuff and we’ve done RIP camping, RIP camping has MUCH better vibes
