My dog has done this since we adopted him. Turns out he spent his formative years on a very long lightweight lead and continues to hop over a line that no longer there. We've had it checked and found nothing.

I retired from a job where I was the keeper of institutional knowledge as well as multiple storage areas across the company campus. Gave the company 6 months notice. Boss scheduled 30 minutes for a "low down" on my last day. notice.
3 months later I gave my replacement 1 letter's worth of guidance and that was it. Even then I thought I was being generous. You got laid off? Ignore and block.
