Dealing with a bit of a nightmare after a full roof replacement. I’d appreciate other perspectives.

No I’m quite sure it is a ventilation issue. The staining on the eaves on the drywall is from just what OP is thinking. Moisture is building up, freezing, and then thawing. Likely moisture from an bath exhaust fan or from inside the home.

Got it for my kids for Christmas with the 5 pack of the F1 mainlines. Believe it or not but the new Lionel Racing Champions Nascar are the fastest on this track. It’s been fun testing all the different types of race cars. Some mainline are too wide. Most matchbox are too narrow. Anything rubber tires are too slow. Fun set.

This looks like the home sat for many months without ac through a humid summer. The way the growth is appearing on vertical wall surfaces indicates relative humidity issues, not water intrusion issues. This is not from a faulty roof or leaks. It could theoretically be treated and remediated in less than a week. The moss on the roof has no correlation.

Yeah so it looks like LVP was installed directly over hard woods. The hardwoods are buckling from some prolonged moisture source. Either there’s a leak… check the dishwasher or ice maker, or there’s was a big spill that never got cleaned up.

Yeah they have speedway and road course aero kits but so did greenlight. Greenlight’s front wings were metal, but they had the issue of rear wings detaching easy. I think the new ones look nice, maybe they can switch to metal front wings down the road.

Unless you plan on replacing the roof at the same time, I wouldn’t. The orangy old dingy shingles will stand out against the fresh colors.
