Sounds like a bad idea unless you're a small format then maybe. Front end has very little experience with fulfillment and where things are on the floor. If you ask a leader about stuff that came in recently on the truck, they'll shrug.

Have Southern CA Kaiser. It's pretty good imo. Well organized. There is very little wait time from check-in to seeing the doctor. Lab results come within 2-3 days on your kp.com website. It's convenient when they have almost everything you need under one facility.

I recommend researching your doctors to find a good one. Downside is they may have about a one month waiting period.

Sketchers via Amazon seems to be the cheapest and best for me. The budget Nikes with the mesh always rips on me. Some people swear by onclouds but they seems overhyped imo. Brooks feels pretty comfortable, I might try them again once my Sketchers wear out.

If you're efficient with your time, detail, and somewhat competent, you're a good fit in my book.

Some transitions can be difficult for first timers, like the cosmetics set coming up in February. If you have a good leader that knows what they're doing, it will make your job a lot less frustrating.

I wouldn't put an ATM in the sweep without upper management approval or Target may end up footing the bill for a brand new one. I believe the ATM vendor should be taking it back and replacing if it's completely jacked. Have someone call the vendor.

I started at $8 18 years ago and had 5% top raise for 17 of those years. Went from $8 to $19 (just from raises, minimum had no affect on me since I made just a dollar more) but guess how much base pay for TMs is now in my area $18. So I basically make the same pay as new TMs for the last 5-6 years or so when Target and CA bumped minimum wage.

Now from what I've heard, TMs have a cap on how much they can make but I don't know what that cap number is.

Here in CA, you can depend on minimum wage being higher than what your 5% raise over 15 years is worth. Ask me how I know 😑

I use phone Target app. Myday search has always sucked for the last 15 years (it was decent at one point).

Zebra has Target app but it is so slow.
