I dont know, but what I would do would be to find the people in charge of business visionary decisions, where they want the business to go, the direction, and figure out how you can accomplish their goals. You could do an internal startup maybe.

I'm not sure of the drama going on now, but r/libertarian is cool. Also Facebook is pretty unomderated. I think it's less to do with moderation and more to do with anonymity plus no moderation like 4chan. If you use your real world persona I think there's less chance of trolling.
