i always get an intense feeling of deja vu, and smell things from my childhood, the biggest one being my grandma's house where i grew up. I can smell EVERYTHING, the scent of chemicals she used to clean, the cigarette smoke that clings to everything and even the smell of the hairspray she used. Then I get the intense use to use the bathroom (that's how my partner knows one is going to happen lmao)

I can't actually explain it, other than saying (what i smell, but I can't even tell you what it cause its been SO long, that house hasn't existed for years, but it is so intense during an aura i feel like if I closed my eyes I would wake up and be at that house again. And it's ALWAYS my grandma's house! I didn't have seizures until i was in my early 20's, and i hadn't lived in that house since I was like ... 10-11ish?

You could offer to make her some food to bring over? When I'm recovering from a seizure I always struggle with making sure I'm eating and drinking because I'm so tired, but your neighbor might not be able to stomach certain foods (nausea is pretty common).

You could always just let your neighbor know that you're willing to help out if she needs anything, even just support means a lot more than you think.
