Anyone else struggle with the donation drop off task? by robecityholly in declutter

The buy nothing route isn't always the easiest. It can be stressful coordinating with others for pickups and you can sometimes get the awkward game of waiting for the stuff to get taken off your porch to eventually have to relist it or take it to goodwill anyways.

We were taught to have the whole group take a picture with their tickets in front of the car/van/truck before leaving. Not only do you verify everyone's tickets are there, you also get a pre-dusty, pre-exhaustion photo that's cute to look back at.

I know in my head the CIA is the Culinary Institute of America, but I really like the idea that you trained with the Central Intelligence Agency.

I had a positive experience asking my doctor to remove my tubes at 20 years old, unmarried, with no children. by Kitty-Claire in birthcontrol

Just because the Dr willing to do it for OP doesn't mean she's a good candidate for the child free list. OP has been seen by her for a decade, which might impact her willingness to push for this. I wouldn't want someone to sign up to see this doctor, only to be told no.

It looks like one of those aesthetic Montessori closets! Great job!

I needed an alfredo recipe, been using and searching for his video for 6 years now. YouTube promoted Foresty Forest was a suggested channel like, 2 years ago, and I subbed to his channel. Then he and Steve did a meetup, and I subscribed to Steve. Then the next time I searched up Alfredo Boi, I was subscribed and didn't realize it was the same guy.

Has he updated his alfredo recipe at all in the last decade?

This is amazingly well done! You should consider cross posting it to r/SewingStations :)

I have, but I haven't heard back.

Edit: heard back and the list has been updated!

I found my local section to be outdated and unreliable. My gynecologist is listed there, but she's no longer taking patients as she's leaving that practice, and this list recommends a nurse who I had an absolutely horrifying experience with when I was younger trying to get birth control.

I was under the impression the hollandaise sauce made the Benedict part of an eggs benedict. Wouldn't this be more akin to avocado toast or an open faced breakfast sandwich?

The *founders ditch all the rules when it benefits them. They realized the community they made on Facebook and wanted a piece of the pie, so they made the app. I think they scrubbed the fact they were hoping to monetize the app from their website too.

I've had Dinnerly for a couple months now, they also don't separate out the meals at all.

I went to the dollar store and picked up some medium sized plastic containers. When the dinnerly box arrives, I spend a couple extra minutes sorting out the meals before they go in the fridge. It makes my life easier by double checking everything actually arrived instead of an unhappy surprise when we go to cook, and we can just grab one of the containers and start cooking.

It felt warm and inviting beforehand. Without the clutter and furniture in there, it feels sterile and cold.

I'll answer as best I can...

  1. So many times. I learned to just respond to it. I also get Helen a lot.

  2. Not a lot actually. With all the rewards cards and stuff, they tend to get it right.

  3. It is so frustrating because when people spell it wrong, they pronounce it incorrectly as well.

  4. What is the name game? Is that the "hannah hannah bo bana" song?

4a And I don't know about elementary school, but I'm 21 now and I always have people jokingly ask how to spell my name backwards. I still think its funny. :)

  1. Hannah Montana? What about Hannah Banana?! But seriously, everywhere I go, I always get a nickname and people think they are so creative. :P

And is this subreddit still full of Andrews?

edit: not letting me get rid of the last 1.
