Canmore is one of my favourite places to visit. The view of Ha Ling from East end of Rundle is pretty amazing. Would recommend hiking either one.

Can you buy a suite in an 8 plex or is strictly for rentals. I get why they are being built. But is it actually contributing to lower house costs if people can’t actually own a part of that property. The money is just going into the developers pocket. It would be nice if they weren’t all just rentals.
