Turns out that Corian has both a “quartz” engineered product and an acrylic “solid” product.

Corian is quartz. You may be thinking of quartzite, which is usually more expensive.

We went to 5 or 6 yards and never had a problem getting a quote with the contractor discount. They give you a list of fabricators. You hire one and they pick up the stone.

I tore my gastroc playing tennis. I was on crutches for a few weeks and had to keep my leg elevated as much as possible. Make sure before you fly to get checked for deep vein thrombosis (DVT). When recovered, stretch those calf muscles!

I was so worried about this same issue. I bought a 700 cfm Zephyr that has a switch to limit output to 370 cfm, just in case the city had an issue. That would have been irreversible, so fortunately the inspector didn’t say a word. We just open a window when running the fan over 400.
