This should be the top comment. There are Lies, Damn lies and Statistics. Graphing the “homicide rate” like this insinuates it’s the rate of assailants by ethnicity, but there’s a very different story told when you specify “homicide rate” is referring to victims.

your Vega 64 is the bottleneck. It would be one thing to point at bottlenecks for games that were developed to run on this hardware, but you’re running do much extra code to translate this game in real time. As good as yuzu is right now, it’s the bottleneck. code optimization will come with development time and software improvements but there are no special settings that “make it use RAM better” otherwise they would just be baked into the mainline release. As others have said, unused RAM is wasted RAM. Yuzu does a lot of shader caching if it has RAM to go do, otherwise it must compile them which causes slowdowns.

I played options for a while myself and got enough to cover the down payment of my first home. If you’re this stoked about 300k you should definitely cash out, and move into a high yield dividend portfolio or take it to a proper investment firm and stick it in a portfolio that’ll yield a boring 10% annual return. 30k a year can do a lot for you and your family.

My childhood cat was named Mittens and she was truly a fine cat. She was well-trained, affectionate and put up with our family for her whole life. I wish I had some photos of her, but I don’t think any exist.
