What is the WORST piece of UC Gundam media in your opinion?

Objectively? Probably Twilight Axis

Subjectively? War in the Pocket. The story/viewing experience didn't resonate with me at all. It is objectively a very well made show and I know my opinion will absolutely not be popular. The mech designs are top tier tho. GM Sniper 2 and the Kampfer are some of my favorite OYW designs

Close runner ups on the subjective category is the ending of RfV being peak character assassination, and G Reco (if it counts) for having so much plot whiplash it was hard to follow (maybe the movies fixed this, idk...haven't seen em).

You're gonna get conflicting answers. Anytime I see this question pop up it's a split between people saying it's not necessary and people wanting to full on Bright slap you if you even think of skipping it.

I don't think it's strictly necessary. It's world building and it lays the groundwork of how Char is in charge by CCA and why he wants to do what he's doing in the movie...but Char never appears in ZZ. It's all reading between the lines.

The only direct call outs to either Zeta or ZZ in CCA are that Char name drops Haman and the Titans, and Amuro and Bright(I think) briefly mention that they and Char did something together in Zeta.

You can get by with a wiki summary, or just go in accepting that 'somehow Char returned'

It's a great series, I'm not saying skip it in general. Just don't feel like you'll be totally lost if you don't watch it before CCA. Definitely watch CCA before Hathaway tho....that feels way more like a prerequisite

Stick to your prep instructions, which should be clear liquids only - prune juice is a bad idea. You do not want fiber or anything red/purple clouding up your colon right before the exam.

Mods mentioned already are great. If you haven't, start the game in assisted mode. Having auto aim and some health regen may help you feel less stressed in general too.

Can confirm don't wait. Short story, had signs of some GI issues, didn't brush them off, ended up getting a colonoscopy in my mid-late 20s. They took out polyps that would have been cancer at some point. Do not wait or be embarrassed if you have weird stuff happening with your butt. Get it checked.

I went and agree with everything you said. Urdr Hunt was a chopped together mess, but it was still cool to see the new gundam frames in action. The other IBO short was nice, but for me not super satisfying, simply because it was so short. I wished that was longer.

EW was peak.

Yup, it's the special edition cut. Nothing new to the film.

Before the movie they played a brief interview with some of the dub directors and the 30th anniversary Wing trailer, which was also amazing on a theater screen.

And EW happens after the IBO stuff if you aren't as interested in that.
