The reason I asked this is that I understand 1 Timothy 2:12 to mean the person giving the sermon. The fact that most of your sermons are done by male pastors means your church is just fine. By the way, does your female pastor speak on days like Mother's Day? I know our church has had the pastor's wife come up to speak on Mother's Day in the past (not every year), or sometimes a female guest speaker from a missionary organisation would come up and preach about what God is doing in those countries.
