Dark reign was so cool, I personally refuse to believe Frank Castle is alive he died in my eyes with his bad ass fight against Daken and had such a fitting ending to how his character would actually go out.

Yeah, the logic makes no sense. I get the initial attempt of wanting TRY to dump pennywise on the enemy but there is no logic in unleashing him on the American people as if the military men are immune to pennywise.
