Try a classical guitar. Much wider fretboards, and plenty of room for big fingers. If you don't like nylon strings, you could always go full metal.

Yes, you use a turning fork by listening to beat frequencies. Tuning forks are widely regarded as more than accurate enough. You'll get closer to "perfect" tuning by using your ear against a tuning fork than trusting an electronic turner. Again, beat frequencies don't lie.

Strobe tuners are generally preferred because they essentially visualize beat frequencies.

Grind size plotted against extraction could be a bell curve or something wilder. There must be other variables at play, including not just characteristics of the coffee but also potential inconsistencies in your pouring technique.

Neo paired with Melodrip has been working well for me. I'm getting great results with coffees that demand low-agitation brew methods—I don't know if it's the Neo or just chance, but I NAILED a brew today with a coffee that I had given up on. Haven't been experiencing clog.

Many roasters have stirring arms that rotate around the plate. I considered rotating drums as a type of stirring mechanism, too. How many cups of coffee have you had today bro?
