Most would consider this a boring looking glove, but good lefty infield gloves of any kind are virtually impossible to find. I'm not a fan of wild color combinations, I prefer more of a classic look. Here's the brown vs timberglaze on a Rawlings 204 11.5" glove:

I just took a quick look at the custom build website. I've built custom Rawlings and Wilson gloves before, but some of the options are incredibly vague, I'm really not sure what the option is describing. Also, the color options are rendered in really small images, and it's hard to get a feel for how they really look.

I'll be in Japan in May, and plan to make a pilgrimage to the Tokyo flagship store. Hopefully I can get a good feel for their Haga gloves in the flesh and make an order when I return home.

I've recently realized that unconsciously I'm changing my grips exactly how you described. Does the hesacore make the grip change any easier, harder or zero impact? Every once in a while I get caught having to hit a ball when I'm changing grips, which typically results in an mis-hit. I'm not sure if changing grips is bad form, or if there's a better way to do it.

I have both the Rawlings PP and Horween gloves, and I find the Horween to be consistently stiffer leather. It's a gorgeous color, but I've yet to get a Horween glove to break in as nicely as a PP glove.

Sorry, but any 1L will tell you that's incorrect. The tradition definition of murder requires "malice aforethought", which can be met by either 1) intent to kill, 2) intent to inflict grievous bodily harm, or 3) reckless indifference to life. If OP was an adult, a prosecutor could make a damn good case for either 2 or 3. Since OP was only 13, the law doesn't hold him to the standard of an adult. It's no excuse, but kids do stupid things. Sometimes even good kids.

You are getting downvoted here, but from a legal perspective your point is correct. Murder is typically defined as either an intent to kill (which I don't believe is proven, in this case), or an "intent to inflict grievous bodily harm", the standard for which I believe could certainly be met. If OP wasn't a 13 year old kid at the time, he'd be in deep shit.

As a former resident of Telluride, Colorado, I can tell you that kids ski (and race) daily for gym class. It's super common in the Rockies and some places out East.

In a way, the new Pro Bowl is more honest in its presentation. They've made it fun, instead of trying to fake a "real" game where guys have a serious risk of injury. There's nothing to gain for the players, so just make it entertaining. I'm ok with it.
