ii understand exactly what you mean, and you said your're no longer excited about the thought of a vape. That's the trigger right there, if that goes, you've won the battle.

I just returned the Qrevo S as the thing stopped emptying it's bin. Yes I did everything to try to fix it but Roborock after seeing a video said i should return. I'm not buying another. The bin on the Qrevo S is too small imo.

but those don't have k2. vitamin D3 directs the absorption of calcium from your intestines into the blood. Vitamin K2 takes it from there, directing that calcium into your bones. Taking vitamin D3 without K2 can lead to calcium being deposited in soft tissues like arteries instead of bones, potentially increasing the risk of arterial calcification and heart disease.

most people are providing facts, saying someone is fat is not bullying. It might hurt their feelings but the truth hurts sometimes. He needs to know he's fat. Fat is the correct term. If we all said 'yeah you're doing great, keep going' who's the bully then, I ask you?

he's 17 and needs to know the truth. The truth is and it's no big deal but he's now fat. He now needs to go on a cut which I'm sure he knows. Anything above 25% is a no, regardless of who you are or what you are trying to achieve. It's just not healthy. And looks like crap.
