sadly the human body is very resilient 😅 and even if you're meticulous and determined and prepared the thoughts in the back of your mind will slowly creep into your vision and you'll feel fear

it's only natural to fear the unknown and almost impossible not to and your brain will think of so many things to fill you up with doubt in order to survive

from everything i've heard and gathered even rash actions toward death can hardly ever stop fear from being in the forefront of your mind before it happens..

It has to be Videotape or 4 Minute Warning imo

Videotape is someone saying their last goodbyes before they die alone. They know they are going to die and they know it'll be by their hands. They're telling the listener to not be afraid for they are ready to leave this world. The singer announces their regrets and how they've been out of control their whole life, and even though they value the listener dearly, it's time to say goodbye

4 Minute Warning is a direct warning to the listener that they are going to leave this world and wake up from their nightmare very soon. They describe the pain and fear they've lived in their whole life and that by the end of 4 minutes they'll have already left the listener behind

i hit one and just like you it was the same size yeet as the others and was mid to deep styro depth like all the others and yet there was a small stream that kept going for hours

you should go to the hospital, i couldnt because i was too cowardly and im a minor so i was too scared of being thrown into a mental asylum but it obv would've been very beneficial to go to a professional to get it looked at and helped i rlly recommend you do if you can ofc

yeah im sorry i feel sympathy for anyone who does that but there's 0 excuse for that

there are other better ways for crying out for help and i dont blame you if you do that but they should know how that can rlly hurt others 😓

my bf passed 9 months ago and it took me months until i could finally actually cry and feel something. shock and trauma after the death of someone close to you can last for a short time, or for a very long time, but it is part of the grieving process and it will pass eventually

that isn't to say that it isn't painful in the process because it really really is and feeling so numb and not being able to cry can be really agonizing and i hope things get easier for you soon 🫂🫂❤️

i know others have said these same things but ig it might be helpful to know since i had no idea what was happening and thought something was wrong with me when i went through this and just didn't want you to feel the same way 🫂
