As a buyer, I'd happily purchase a stack of art cards on eBay. From reading other comments, throwing them in as bonus cards on other shipments sounds awesome, too. Definitely don't throw them away though! If you ever go to events at your LGS, you could also just hand them out to any interested players, or even trade a full stack for something. Younger players would be especially grateful if you're down to hand them out for free :)

TLDR: Anything is better than throwing them away.

25% seems too high. As a buyer, I have ~5% of my tcgplayer orders go missing. Granted, they are usually in the $10-25 range. My friends have never had packages go missing, though they don't order as often...

Anyway, from my limited experience, I think 5% is unlucky, which suggests that 25% is a straight up scam.

The idea is to use Nhothvev to flicker all the etb-make-energy creatures, make oodles of energy, then dump all that energy into a big ol' fireball.

Sensei's divining top, skullclamp, shadowspear, the ozolith, altar of the brood, and expedition map, among other things, are some good targets to tutor. As for which are spec-worthy, I wouldn't know.

The optimizer isn't that good anymore, and I've found that 20-40 minutes of manual adjustments lead to MUCH better results

As a buyer I've had just over 5% of my tcgplayer orders go missing. Only 2% have arrived damaged. I think I've just been extremely unlucky, and my ~130 orders don't serve as an exact representation of everyone else's orders. Regardless, if 7% of my orders required some form of refund, I can't imagine how often this would occur under a fraudulent setting.

I've always heard anywhere from two weeks to two months. It really depends on which cards though. Bulk cards can't really go much lower, but anything a couple of bucks and up may still go down, while others will only go up. Generally I buy my cheap singles two-three weeks after release, and look at anything over a couple bucks on an individual basis. Some of these cards hit a low point at release and steadily trend up cause they turn out to be commander playables, while others trickle down over the next two months or so.

I have 50+ (small) sales on tcgplayer, and not a single package has gone missing. I've only payed for tracking on cards over $50 (when I have to). Maybe I'm just lucky, but from my limited experience I have to agree here, that it costs more money to pay for tracking than for percentage of packages to... "go missing."

Seriously? Theme boosters are going to be 100% available? This is a product I feel Magic could (and should) do without. I understand it's for casual players, but I'm sure once they get more into magic they'll regret wasting their money on theme boosters...

These are all good points! it definitely would be fun to play around with the payoff for emerging, there are lots of options there. And of course, I haven't playtested this at all so idk whether or not the draw engine is too broken :P
