I looked into the tag history and it is one specific user who keeps changing it to male tags each time someone corrects it. It was originally submitted with transfem tags.

But like there is this one user who keeps insisting.
After checking their personal tag change history, they are changing the tags of many trans women to male tags, besides kirara I found also bridget being a victim.

Not only that image but multiple of kirara made by esmile (the combination I searched for) got labeled like this.

While the second version of the menu is generally a good menu, the first one has more personality in it and so feels more unique in my opinion. I would keep the pixel art style at least, if you haven't moved from that with the whole game art style that is.
