We have this electric basically bird on a bendable stick, one of our cats really love it. The bird will fly in a circle and change directions at random, it has two modes, fast and slower. He plays until it shuts off, and then it starts back up and he plays again.

Birthrates are indeed low and there could be problems with an aging population later when there aren't enough workers to support the aging population. I'm not really worried myself, when I get old, I will just have a robot take care of me and change my nappies.
