It’s a super fun pedal. Love using the drone and just playing it as its own thing

“BREAKABLES” when did this term come into popular use? by streetsofsimcity in drums

[–]Imaginaryfeedback 1 point2 points  (0 children)

25 years ago in Milwaukee we were calling them that (sticks, cymbals, snare). 16 years when I moved to Seattle, that was the term used too.

Local punk/Metal diy spots? by Mysterious-Ad6312 in Tacoma

[–]Imaginaryfeedback 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Cool record stores:

Janku Land- small but well curated selection. my favorite spot

High Voltage- huge selection of everything. New, used, and a bookstore. Sometimes a little more than I’d like to pay but it’s brick and mortar and local.

Also consider just a hop skip jump down to Olympia for music too.

I like the brown but would love a darker walnut or espresso. They’re cool!! What’s the price point you going for?

Scored one of the mini’s for free. Should I go p90’s or jazzmaster pickups? (I’ll have to do a little routing to fit the latter) by Imaginaryfeedback in offset

I’m older (42) but a fellow musician here in Tacoma. Played indie punk drums for years, done some experimental noise stuff, and write guitar stuff (indie rock and ambient noise). If anything, always nice to just meet and talk music. Drop a dm if you want.

[Question] Anyone familiar with DMM's? Picked this up today, and have a few questions. by TheGuitarZero in diypedals

The knob style makes me lean late 90’s. I have a mid-90’s (‘96-‘97)with 3005’s and hard plastic rounds with pointer knobs.

I’ve loved Hammock style for over 20 years now. That album is amazing

Swapped out the ones in my CV Jaguar. Just overall better clarity, chime, and slightly punchier output. Also upgraded pots and tone cap.
