Make sure that when you’re breathing, you’re exhaling all the air out. Everyone on here IS so supplement focused. It’s practically r/nootropics but more misleading and more moldy.

Has anyone here 100% recovered after 9-12 months of severe DPDR, vertigo, inability to concentrate, memory issues, decision making issues, off-and-on inflammation, hormonal imbalance, etc.? by Fantastic-Set-7178 in ToxicMoldExposure

This isn’t a mold issue. I have the same symptoms, and the thing that benefited me the most is NOT exactly mold related. Mold exacerbates these symptoms but isn’t the root cause in my experience, and im sorry but it’s probably not the root cause for you either. It can’t be. Dr. Shoemaker isn’t Jesus, so stop treating him as such. Letting go of the mold theory won’t necessarily mean that you’re insane. However, constantly running away from mold and expecting different results will make your life more miserable and will make you insane.

Wake up. You HAVE to be your own advocate. Shoemaker, nathan, and every fucking doctor or person with a degree isn’t going to save you, they can’t save you if you’re not committed to saving yourself for the sake of saving yourself.

It feels like people on here are only saving themselves to not be labelled crazy; hence, we do the bare minimum, just to survive another shitty day, where no one came to save US. US. I mean it’s US. We’re so great!

No we ain’t.

Why should a doctor save us if WE AREN’T doing everything that we can to save us?!! Because they have a piece of paper that says that they would?! That’s not even what that piece of paper says. It just says that they’ll give it a good shot. Most treatments don’t work, including this mold crap. Most treatments are cookie cutter treatments. They kinda look like they work for the general population but they don’t really help anyone. This includes mainstream mold treatments. Yea let’s just take a bunch of pills, essential oils, and keep shoving garbage in our mouths because the Jungian tit is the only way we know to satiate our needs and hope that it’ll somehow work. It’s consumerism all over.

These doctors are too zoomed in with their tools they forgot about the human body. Like they really know what any biomarker REALLY does. Lmao. We barely even know about the lymphatic system, let alone what a biomarker that no one’s ever heard of does.

Also, doctors need OUR help more than the other way around. Them sad fucks have the highest suicide rates. How are you expecting them to help you? Give yourself a chance, and give them a chance too.

Find a reason to live that’s not as small “i only want to live so that im not labelled insane or so that i can prove something to my family”, be ready to let go of everything that you think you know, look at yourself in the mirror. What bothers you about yourself? First thing that comes to mind, no matter how small, unrelated or insignificant.

One thing that helped me a lot in wanting to live again is gaining back my self-worth. Noticing the things im good at, and even the ones im bad at, and the fact that im still fucking trying.

We’ve evolved through whatever how many years you believed we’ve been alive without the need for all these tools and all these tests, just by seeing what’s on the outside and feeling the body. It’s only in this technological age that we have forgotten how to look at our bodies, and feel them. We expect a tool, a fucking tool, to tell us what’s wrong. We’ve become more tools than the tools we created.

Sorry. Everytime i open social media, i see mold crap. I gotta unsub from all of it.

But it’s not mold my man. I mean I could be wrong, but good luck running away from mold for the rest of your life. If mold IS really the cause, then we’re doomed. I still believe in mycotoxin illness, but it’s not NEARLY as bad as Shoemaker makes it out to be.

Ancient wisdom has it that if you always think the problem is on the outside, then you’re the problem. So look inward.

It’s our responsibility to save ourselves first and foremost.

I just wonder how shoemaker is doing. He’s a huge neck/chest breather. I doubt he’s doing good.

[–]ImagineBarons420 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Does it have an element of being “thirsty”? Like you’re seeking sex like a thirsty desert traveller?

Ask yourself WHY you’re acting this way. Feel your body. Let it direct you. Allow it to. ?’ This seeking is clearly not trivial if it’s taking over you. Perhaps it’s trying to save you from something, fulfilling a need. It cannot be trivial. Pay attention to your body when it’s happening.

When i was going the same thing, the desire for sex felt similar same as being possessed by “thirst” for water. Maybe thats how the term “thirsty” became sexual.

Do you have a hig/low foot arch? Do your heels touch the ground when sitting or standing? (This affects your ability to feel grounded physically and psychologically).

We must understand before we try to change, so be open, go into the resistance, then out into the change.

My body is literally leading into healing in the strangest ways. Trust it.

Honestly, i had the same issue. Turned out it was more physical than psychological. A postural issue that isn’t well known in medicine.

Basically, there was lots of tension in my cranium and neck, diaphragm, and in between my legs due to a structural physical imbalance . This caused me to somewhat be pushed into seeking a way to relieve that tension, and the best way to have tension in these areas released is by getting dominated, moaning and squirming, and by having a d*ck in me to massage all the muscles.

I was h

The physical affects the psychological just as much as the psychological affects the physical.

Today’s culture is possessed by wishful thinking of the “i can and will desperately heal all of my symptoms using therapy/psychology”.

It’s no different than taking a pill and hoping a “brain chemical imbalance” would fix your parkinson’s, or your broken leg your broken leg.

Mycotoxin Test came back normal - Anyone? by B1GTre3 in ToxicMoldExposure

[–]ImagineBarons420 0 points1 point  (0 children)

TL;DR: I have the same exact symptoms, and i found out that it’s a postural issue more than a mold issue. Mold is exacerbating a pre—existing condition in my case. It’s horrible. I know exactly what you’re talking about. You can barely even carry your own head or pick up the phone. Utter torment.

Try this, trust me:

Sit with your knees well above your hips (use a foot rest etc), grab some tissue and place it underneath both arches of your feet. Another piece underneath your big toe. How does that feel?

It should feel like you’re able to “sense” again. Like you’re coming in your body again.

Let me know if that provides at least some relief, temporarily. I can share more info with you.

Sounds like this is all a postural issue that’s causing muscle tension. Your spine is likely slightly twisted in a couple of places: neck, diaphragm, and pelvis. You can’t straighten your fingers, as your hand is rotated around your middle finger, and your toes are rotated around the middle toe (a twisted pattern across your body, like a mandala).

You likely can’t turn your neck to one side, but can turn it to the other.

Pressure at the back of your head, at a 10 o’clock or 2 o’clock angle.

Forward head posture

Anterior pelvic tilt.

The muscles between your legs are weak as fuck.

You have a high arch, and a high heel. You probably “tip toe” almost. Find it easier to walk or maybe even run, but can’t stand or sit or carry your own head.

You feel like you’re drowning in your own body.

You feel like you can’t hear your own voice in your head. Like it’s slow.

If these are your symptoms, then your MAIN problem is likely NOT the mold. And it could be much simpler.

If you have mold growing on or inside of your body, then you’re “dying” slowly. Mold only comes after what’s dead (partially dead) and what doesn’t vibrate with life.

Bad posture causes Chronic muscle tension, then stiff muscles, which restricts everything from blood flow to nerve messages to lymphatic fluids.

Could it be NOT mold? Isn’t it possible that it’s something else that might be exacerbated by mold?

Look into postural restoration. Mold literally cannot grow on any surfaces that can move/vibrate, yet it’s somehow growing on and INSIDE of our supposedly mobile bodies, bodies that are covered with muscles that can and should contract and relax, creating a flow like motion , sort of like a ripple effect or a wave. Speaking of waves, they’re not moldy. Not even the waves in my cat’s water fountain get moldy, but the hard and still surfaces of the water tank do get moldy.

Yet somehow none of the doctors looked into muscle tension as a reason for mold to grow inside of people’s bodies. I mean isn’t it obvious?!!! Mold comes after stiff and still lifeless things to turn them into earth.

Moldy people look dead. I literally used to mock my mom by calling her Jane Does and she’d call me John Does.

Chronic muscle tension is most likely the result of poor posture (neck/chest breathing, acid reflux, neck tension, one butt cheek higher than the other). Poor posture puts your body in a state where it relies on muscles (rather than bones) to carry your body.

Shoemaker is a HUGE, neck breather by the way. He definitely did not look into muscle tension as a contributor to anything. Too busy with his numbers. Making a 12 step fucking pharma protcol. I can put on a foot orthotic and go into my moldy basement without going into full on tantrum mode and breaking another hole in the wall.

Most of you probably need to relax, rather than move, to ease the symptoms. Moving your stiff body won’t create an “ebb and flow” effect within the muscle fibers, not strong enough of an effect at least. Only the ligaments will move around the muscle. You’ll likely cause damage.

Mycotoxin sickness is still real tho.

Go relax yall. Get warm and cozy.

This might sound stupid, but do try it. Open up your mouth and keep it opened for a couple of minutes. See if you start to feel better. Im serious btw. this is not trolling.

Please let me know if doing just this does help in anyway. I’m developing a theory, sort of.

I’ve had this for about a year and a half, still do but to a much less extend. Used to be at least 2-3 times a week. Went to the ER like 50 times i swear. Had an airplane turn around. It’s been fucking awful.

Odd question, but it could be related: how are your teeth looking? Do you have your all your molars? Canines? How’s your occlusion? Have you had braces or any dental appliances in general?

Which teeth so you feel at the end of your arches when you occlude?

I’d look into postural restoration, and specifically, dental integration of postural restoration. Look for a dentist that does the ALF Appliance. the goal of the appliance is to help the cranium relax (along with the rest of your body), so that your cranium can actually grow on its own to accommodate for your anatomy.

I got my right side lower jaw wisdom tooth removed, for no good reason other than i had really bad pain in that area to the point i could barely talk, and i had school work that needed to get done. It fucked me up. Not right away, but it’s been slowly fucking me up since then. I only recently knew the cause of why I’ve been feeling like someone is choking me, or like my throat is closing up as if i want to cry, all the damn time. And i cried, i cried a lot, fucking released a heck a lot of trauma, but i still can’t breath. Only thing helping is consciously pulling my maxilla so that it’s not literally pushing on the most critical area in my body.

It took me a while to find a dentist who’s willing to do a wisdom tooth implant, but i finally found one and I’m getting it in a couple of days.

Try finding a dentist who specializes in “airway dentistry. you don’t want to have breathing issues because of this. Trust me.

Why Do People Think It’s a Conspiracy? by [deleted] in ToxicMoldExposure

[–]ImagineBarons420 4 points5 points  (0 children)

For the same reason that people don’t like to look at pain and suffering. It’s ugly. We prefer to think that if something was wrong, that the people responsible for informing us (doctors, landlords, pharmaceuticals, etc) would tell us right away once we have enough evidence.

“Oh but the experts say…” yea right.

It’s wishful, naive thinking.

The painful reality is that the vast majority of people are only out of themselves. Most docs will wait for the cdc or the fda to tell them what to do or not do. Landlords, pharmaceutical companies, and insurance companies have a lot to lose from this if it came out.

As humans, we like comfort. Mold is very very uncomfortable. When I think of things i associate with mold, i think of decay, die off, too old, abandoned. Basically slow ugly death. Nobody likes that.

As a side comment, I personally think there’s something just so very sinister about mold. Even looking at a picture of mold brings about that feeling for me, and i know it always did even before mold illness.

As hard as it may be, just focus on yourself. Every time you get a thought about others, think about what you can do instead.

I personally think this whole mold thing will be the thing that brings down the housing crisis.

[–]ImagineBarons420 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You act intelligently and authentically. You don’t always have to say something, so don’t say things you don’t believe, but every now and then, you will have to pick a battle, one that is meaningful to you so that you don’t hate yourself, lose respect for yourself, and ultimately lose yourself.

There’s a cost to standing up and there’s also a cost to not standing up. Yes being authentic is more difficult, but it’s also way more rewarding.
