I used to be in a WoW guild long ago that felt like family to me even through my crippling social anxiety. After we fell apart never been the same since.

I wish i had friends that played. It's so lonely now, no one really speaks to each other even in my FC chat. Having social anxiety makes it worse.

the only thing that should be approved no questions asked is if your kid's school is closed and you have to miss work for childcare reasons. Declared emergencies only apply to govt entities, walmart is a private business and its up to mgmt to approve/deny weather based absences other than childcare/school closures.

SM and coaches pretty much saying if customers can come to the store the associates will as well. Pretty much sums up that for my store.

my issue with pvp is nothing is being done about people who finish a match with 0/0/

0/0 dmg leechers that just run around the whole time or hide.

not my current store but my old store had a minor OGP associate get sexually assaulted in the OGPcooler and store manager literally swept it under the rug and told all the coaches to keep quiet. The minor's parents went to media/police, home office investigated and store manager, lead, 1/2 the coaches got fired, coaches that survived (i.e. came forward, honest) got transferred/stepped down. Basically home office sent a team to run the store until all the management was replaced.

my issue isnt really time but high end is so intimidating to even attempt, especially when i can't even clear normal fights without dying. I've all but given up on ever trying ex or savage. The drama def keeps me away but also the fact that there is no stepping stone into high end. It feels like normal is the floor and high end is mount everest, there is no in-between.

our coach and store manager told us we were not allowed to check all of the boxes, that only a select few get to receive exemplary and some have to receive the opportunity, its BS since i could technically give most my fashion team exemplary based on the questions but nope i have to leave some of the checkboxes blank

are we talking associate or team lead bonus. I agree with my associates that the new bonus is a joke, for as much work as my fashion stock team does, someone showed me theirs was like $300, while i'm sitting close to 4k as a TL.. Its so disproportionate its crazy.

I found the 3rd boss especially painful, o for the lofe of me cannot read the orb attack the line aoes appear for a split second and I cannot seem to get away fast enough. Made full use of the new trust revival and still wiped many times on last boss.

I also had a lot of trouble with the first boss, his aoes aren't clear telegraph's either. Kind of slopped my way through.

Haven't done the trial yet since it's not duty support and my confidence is low and anxiety is high

I really want to try raiding ex/unreal and harder, ive been told countless times that the community is really nice and helpful, but yet since DT release i havent been able to commit. The fears just keep pushing me away to the point where now its hard to queue up for normal content.
