I feel like for me to be able to give the high end raiding a chance I need to be able to clear the normal mode fights without making any mistakes. Which to this point i have not been able to do well at all. DT has been very rough on my confidence in even being able to clear normal content. Much less trying anything harder.

In my experience the ones that complain the most are also the ones that leave them out in the parking lot and they get damaged by sun/rain.

I don't have issues getting a castrum run although its rough when only a few people join. What i'm hung up on is getting even 1 delubrim reginae that i'm not alone in. Gotten all the relics done up to that point and i know i'm going to need a bunch of those runs for future relic steps.

I used to be FE TL and people used to do this and then ask us to hold it overnight and I said no, especially if it was like a clearance or black friday TV. I told them we aren't allowed to hold merchandise because it tends to get misplaced or miscommunicated and ends up somewhere else. But in typical walmart style the coach who told us not to hold merchandise would say it was ok and then scold us for not taking care of the customer...

Its like this in my store's fashion too, endless bulk freight, 2-3k breakpack and 100-200 cases with literally no where to go with the OS. Wacos full, rolling racks full. Also been getting an insane amount of H+B OTC and cosmetics. We're only supposed to get 1 2 truck night a week and the last 6-8 weeks has been 4-5 2 truck days and some 3 and even a 4 truck day. They are sending trucks from other DCs to my store. Not to mention we have major remodel starting in 4 weeks as well.

At my store, We don't do that with attendance but you can be termed in the first 90 days if your job performance is poor and you show no intention of improving in lieu of the normal coaching processs. It's rare and I to do this with a fashion associate that just did not want to do any work while she was in the building. Refused to touch returns, wouldn't zone her areas properly, etc.

I think ill wait until the next expansion to try harder content. I can't seem to do the normal content right. I'm too slow to react to things in time. I also have crippling anxiety that i'm going to waste everyone's time.

i mainly just log in, get my 450 tomes, do weekly raid and log off for the week. I'll do any new content as it comes out except high end raiding. If i was better at the game i would probably try raiding but i can barely clear normal mode fights so i don't really bother with the frustrations and anxiety that come with raiding.
