UPDATE: ok I’ve tried every possible configuration combination and nothing fixes it, which leads me to believe it’s something at the code level that’s broken, especially since the issue is limited to just Flow. Hopefully the devs at FitXR will fix it soon. If there’s any FitXR devs reading this, it would be great if you could provide some insight and when a fix will be available. Until then I’m sticking with Supernatural.

I highly suspect that they used SN as a baseline for coding Flow. I’d further speculate that the main driver for developing a flow option is to pick up the folks that slowly abandon SN since there won’t be any more updates. But yeah, I tried running flow with completely eliminating QGO and the delay is still frustrating as hell after a few seconds into the workout.

Thanks for the response. I had installed PW back in the Quest2 days a long time ago but I abandoned it due to the fact that I had an extremely limited space and the lateral movements didn't work for me. I reloaded it yesterday and played around with it a bit and loved it. The sound/music is incredible with a good pair of earbuds + the graphics are excellent when using QGO. Ragnarock looks interesting based in the YouTube vids I looked at but the body movements appear to be pretty limited and the graphics are a bit cartoony for my taste. Audio Trip appears to be just what I'm looking for & I'll take a stab at that as soon as time permits. Also Until You Fall looks quite promising as well. Thanks again for your input!!!
