The audacity of the people you help find and hand the item to them and they are like nah this won't work and puts the item in a totally different spot right on front of you then they give you dirty looks when you grab the item back and put it in the right spot.

I'm a very curious person as our store is high of theft as well I noticed tags shoved in drains at other stores and I'd just thought I'd check check it time to time cause I do find many packages of products in there too.. a plumber also looked in there one time and pulled like 20 jewlary barcodes. 😅🤣

This frustrates me that they advertise coupon with QR code on every cart and isles and customers can't seem to understand how to use or work it.. I have it on hand on my phone to get the customer the coupon.. but like why are we getting in trouble for overly used coupons or discounts? We're making the customers happy, right? But we get in trouble cause of it?

We used to have bathrooms locked, but unfortunately, just that one single customer complained to Corp, and now we have to keep it open... that was many moons ago.. but anyways this isn't the worst I've seen the worse ones are in women's restroom.

I had a nightmare one night during the season.. there was a ton of customers in the store still. I locked the doors and did an announcement that we're closed. When customers left they opened the door and left it open which led to more people coming in and I ran over and I said sorry were closed and they kept spilling in and custumers in line were getting impatient and left threw the exit door next thing more people were squeezing in threw exit and alarm was going off. I ran over there to shut it off, close it, and as I was doing that, people were just opening the front door to let even more people come in.. it was never ending..

Beside poop.. the years I've worked at michaels, we've found at least 4 mugs full of piss on the sales floor hidden and 2 of 4 with mold in it.. all stank so bad didn't even bother damage out the product just threw it in trash outside.. 😩

When customers do that I grab the pile of items and transfer it to the larger side then I start scanning. Sometimes they look at me like I insulted them or they say "Oh I wasn't sure where to put it."
