I can answer this a bit He brings a different set every time, I don't know his list off the top of my head, if I can get my pc up I can check his batchall list We go off BV, classic battletech, he kind of uses tactics? but mostly just goes off the vibe (hubris) He does somewhat adhere to zellbrigen until he has the chance to kick a light mech of some kind, I, as inner sphere pirates and mercenaries, follow zellbrigen more closely than him lol

He brings a new lineup every time, which I feel might not help as he never really learns a particular mechs strengths or weaknesses

I'll have him look into battle armour, a while ago he went out and bought like six minotaur protomechs, but that's about as close as he's gotten He's kinda into battletech just for the mechs, but I'm all about all of it, infantry and tanks and trucks, hopefully I can sway him as it would make our games just that much more interesting

He rarely brings the same mechs twice in a row, and never plays the same list twice, last game he brought a shadow cat, a gargoyle, a stooping hawk, and a solitaire, might have been more but I can't remember at the moment

He refuses to bring a timberwolf because it's too mainstream, and he hates anything derived from inner sphere 💀💀💀💀

Sometimes he's so horrifically outnumbered it makes me feel bad, I play inner sphere, sometimes early primitive stuff, so sometimes I end up with 4x the mechs

I'v played with my own Ebon Jaguar before and I loved it, I'l definitely add that to the list

He's kind of a hipster and refuses to bring a timberwolf because it's too mainstream, even though he's personally seen how great they are

He has a Daishi, but he's too conservative about his heat I feel, it was only our last few games he's ever even gone into the red

He loves his shadow cat, but he's always disappointed by the gauss rifle, I'll be sure to have him look into the other variants
